Study: Nurses lack time and resources to address chronic care needs

Nurses would like more time and tools to better support patient engagement and education for patients with chronic care needs, according to a survey of 200 nurses conducted by Wakefield Research for Convatec. More than two in three nurses (68%) feel they cannot fully support their patients, and nearly all (96%) would like more time, resources and education to fully care for them.
