HRSA releases fact sheets on uninsured access to COVID-19 vaccines

Fact sheets on patient rights and provider responsibilities regarding access to COVID-19 vaccines are now available in English and Spanish through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The resources emphasize three key points. The vaccines are free to all individuals living in the United States; providers can only bill insurance companies or the federal government for vaccine administration fees; and HRSA’s COVID-19 Uninsured Program pays for COVID-19 services provided to anyone without health insurance.
