Traveling to New Orleans 

Attendees will fly in to Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY), which is 15 miles from the Convention Center. Taxis and ridesharing are available at the airport and around the city.  

AONL 2024 programming will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center located at 900 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70130.

Airfare Discounts 

AONL is offering special discounts for AONL 2024 in New Orleans over the dates of April 8 – 11, 2024. Fares are available 3 days pre/post the meeting dates.  

Delta Airlines is offering a 2 – 10% discount on all applicable fares and is pleased to offer special discounts. Reservations and ticketing is available via www.delta.com/meetings or by calling our Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 800-328-1111.  When booking online at www.delta.com/meetings, select “Book Your Flight” and enter your Meeting Code (NM36H) in the box provided. 

United Airlines is offering a 2 – 10% discount off published airfares and will vary by market and booking class. United reservations and ticketing are available by calling a professional travel agency, booking online via www.united.com/meetingtravel or calling United Reservations Meetings Desk at 800-426-1122.  You will need to provide the Z Code (ZNXF) and Agreement Code (882349) at time of booking. The booking fee is waived for all Meeting reservations. 

Southwest Airlines is pleased to offer AONL 2024 attendees discounted fares. To utilize the discount, book via SWABIZ  using Company ID 99325251. Discount valid for travel 4/5/2024 to 4/13/2024.

Eligible Travelers can earn Rapid Rewards bonus points to use for reward flights. As a benefit of our partnership, travelers will receive 15% more Rapid Rewards bonus points* on all qualifying flights** booked via SWABIZ between 11/10/23 and 4/8/24 and flown to or from New Orleans, LA between 4/5/24 and 4/13/24.

*Traveler’s Rapid Rewards account number must be entered at the time of booking a qualifying flight or prior to travel to earn
